These terms and conditions apply to the use of the e-commerce website (www.happimomentz.com) operated by HAPPi MomentZ (hereafter known as HAPPi MomentZ) and the selling of products to you, subject to the conditions set out below:

We urge you to carefully go through the following terms and conditions on the sale to ensure that you are happy with the service we provide. Please note that customers using and ordering from our website are deemed to understand and accept our terms and conditions.

www.happimomentz.com is owned and operated by the team at M J WELLNESS Ayurveda- a reputed Ayurvedic Research Centre from Kerala, India which operates under the Trade

How we deliver our products to you

Our aim at HAPPi MomentZ is to get ayurvedic products you order to your doorstep as soon as possible in the best manner possible.

All orders are sent out within 24 hours – usually, within an hour – of receiving the order, by the quickest delivery service or courier. If a delivery takes place, it should arrive to you within 3-4 working days from the date of your placing the order; however, we cannot guarantee this during busy periods and festive seasons. Please note that outstation orders placed after midnight on Thursday will be dispatched after the weekend, due to the courier services not working weekends.

HAPPi MomentZ only sends out the best quality products to customers that are well within their best-before date. However, we cannot accept responsibility for deterioration caused by climatic conditions or transportation, once the goods have left our premises.

We will deliver the products you ordered to the address provided. It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate delivery information, as we will not check or verify addresses and messages you supplied.

Method of delivery

If you are ordering from within Kerala, we will deliver by means of courier service within four hours.


If the products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time, please contact us by writing to info@happimomentz.com. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery schedule unless you get in touch with us.


If the products you receive are not what you ordered, defective or the incorrect quantity, please contact us, and we will then correct your order.

We will:

  • Supply and deliver substitute goods
  • Replace any defective goods
  • Refund or do a partial refund at our own discretion

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused through postage, such as climatic conditions affecting the product. We make sure that all items are in perfect condition before they are sent to you. If your parcel does arrive in a poor condition, please contact us at info@happimomentz.com.

We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill). We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the products in question.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through HAPPi MomentZ’s online store meet your specific requirements.

Events beyond our control: We shall have no liability for any failure to deliver products you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to products delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control. This includes without limitation to, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, pandemic or any other global health emergency, fire, explosion or accident.

Allergy advice

All customers should be aware that all of the products offered through HAPPi MomentZ’s online store are manufactured and packaged in an environment where herbs may be present; and therefore, HAPPi MomentZ cannot guarantee that any products supplied are free of specific herbs allergic to you.

We try our best to provide ingredients information on all of our products; however, on some occasions, we may not include this information. If you require ingredients on any specific items, then please send a request to us by writing to info@happimomentZ.com.

Items temporarily not in stock

HAPPi MomentZ may also choose to cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


Our mission at HAPPi MomentZ is to promote natural wellness and a healthier lifestyle through authentic and pure Ayurveda products. Due to the nature of the raw ingredients, these prices may fluctuate. This is a rare occurrence, and wherever possible, HAPPi MomentZ aims to keep prices to the best value possible.

The price for each product is shown on the website, and includes GST.

Payment can be made on the basis of CoD (cash on delivery).

Returns policy

At HAPPi MomentZ, we offer a comprehensive returns policy, and therefore, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the items, please follow the returns procedure, below (failure to do so may result in us being unable to exchange goods or provide refunds)…

Please be aware that HAPPi MomentZ cannot be held responsible and, hence, provide refunds/exchanges on stock affected by circumstances beyond our control. This includes damage and neglect after goods are received; goods being stored in climatic conditions, such as extremes of temperature that can affect some items; and damage by third parties.

In addition, please be aware that during particularly hot or cold spells of weather, goods in transit can be affected by extreme heat or extreme cold, so please be aware items of a delicate nature may not always look as pictured.

HAPPi MomentZ should be notified within 24 hours of receipt of your order of any part that is unsatisfactory via info@happimomentZ.com, quoting your order reference and name.

Step 1: Once we have responded to your message, goods must be returned within three days by recorded delivery. Note: If HAPPi MomentZ is at fault, we will, of course, also refund your postage costs immediately.

Step 2: Goods returned should be in their original condition and packaging in which they arrived.

Step 3: Once received, goods will be checked and refunds on goods and postage arranged, where suitable. Due to the perishable nature of goods on sale, HAPPi MomentZ cannot issue refunds on simply unwanted good and must not be opened. Refunds/exchanges will only be offered on items that are faulty, and were clearly so at the time at which they were dispatched.

Note: You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.

HAPPi MomentZ will only accept goods for return and refund/exchange if supplied by us and will only refund the costs of fair return postage and original sale price of goods. No additional compensation will be available on goods returned other than that already stated, as HAPPi MomentZ is not responsible for any costs or losses incurred after costs of goods and returned postage.

HAPPi MomentZ always strives to be fair and just when dealing with genuine issues our customers may face.

Intellectual property

HAPPi MomentZ does not give you any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights in any product nor the right to copy them.

The copyright on HAPPi MomentZ and the content and pages of www.happimomentz.com are owned by the team at M J WELLNESS Ayurveda- a reputed Ayurvedic Research Centre from Kerala, India, and may not be used, copied or altered without our express consent. Copyright extends to the design, look and feel of www.happimomentz.com , all photographs on it and its marketing materials.

You may use www.happimomentz.com for private and personal non-commercial use only – i.e. to view, copy and print portions of www.mondycheer.com for the sole purpose of placing orders. The materials on www.happimomentz.com may not be used for any other purpose.

HAPPi Momentz and our logo are trade names or trademarks of The M J WELLNESS Ayurveda, and may not be used by anyone else without our express permission, and we are the owners of unregistered trademark rights in them.
